2. Income Tax Compliance

• All business income is reported as per applicable Indian income tax laws.
• Payments are received in PAN‑linked bank accounts.
• Accurate records and returns are maintained and filed as required.

3. Payment Platform Policy

• Payments are accepted only via authorized channels Indian bank transfer for domestic clients).
• Clients must select “Goods & Services” (not “Friends & Family/Personal”).
• Any misclassified or alternate payment mode is at the client’s discretion and liability.

All payments remain subject to our Payment & Invoicing Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Scope of Services

Our services are strictly digital and commercial in nature — including content formatting, web support, graphic design, translation, and language‑based services. We do not participate in, promote, or facilitate any work that is unlawful or falls under prohibited/sensitive categories under national or international guidelines.

5. Documentation & Invoicing

• Each project is accompanied by a digital invoice describing the scope and amount.
• Invoices are issued in the name of S.R Digital Online Services and stored securely for audit/legal review.

6. Content Responsibility

• Clients are solely responsible for the originality, legality, and rights to submitted content.
• We process materials per client instructions and assume no liability for end use or compliance.
• We reserve the right to refuse content that may raise compliance concerns.

7. International Scope & Delivery

• We serve a global clientele exclusively via online channels (email, cloud‑based delivery).
• No physical, in‑person, or territory‑restricted service is offered.
• Operations remain within the digital freelance domain.

8. Confidentiality & Communication

• Client data is handled with strict confidentiality and on a need‑to‑know basis.
• Official communications are conducted via verified channels (email and WhatsApp).
• We do not sell, rent, or trade client information; see our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Cross‑References: MSA & Policies

This Statement is to be read together with our Master Service Agreement (MSA), Payment & Invoicing Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy. In case of any inconsistency, the MSA prevails.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All operations are subject to the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, consistent with our Master Service Agreement.
