2. Payment Instructions

• Select “Goods & Services” if prompted.
• Do not select “Friends & Family” or “Personal”.
• Payments must match the amount and currency on the invoice.
• Any mismatch may delay or void the delivery process.

3. Invoice & Billing Terms

• Every service is accompanied by a digital invoice showing scope and amount.
• Invoices are issued under the registered name: S.R Digital Online Services.
• GST is not charged (Non‑GST Registered Proprietorship).

4. Currency & Conversion

• International payments are accepted in USD. then it will convert into INR.
• Currency conversion/transfer fees are the client’s responsibility.

5. Payment Confirmation & Start of Work

• Project work begins only after full payment is received and confirmed.
• A confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be shared upon receipt.

6. Delay or Non‑Payment

• In case of delay, the client will be informed once.
• Non‑payment may lead to cancellation after 3 working days.

7. Payment Security

• All payments are processed via compliant, encrypted channels.
• We do not store bank account or card details of clients.
• The client is responsible for using the correct payment method and details.

8. Legal Safeguards

• Payment and invoicing records are stored securely for legal and tax purposes.
• This page acts as a public notice of our payment and invoicing terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, consistent with our Master Service Agreement.
