7. Cross‑Reference: Master Service Agreement (MSA)

This Disclaimer is to be read together with our Master service Agreement In case of any inconsistency, the MSA prevails.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, consistent with our Master Service Agreement.
