Refund & Cancellation Policy – S.R Digital Online Services
This Policy explains cancellations, refunds, and revisions for custom digital services. It is aligned with our Master Service Agreement (MSA) and applies to all service engagements.
Effective Date: 1 April 2025
1. Scope of Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital services provided by S.R Digital Online Services, including translation, web design, graphic content, transcription/digitization, and related advisory work.
2. Nature of Services (Digital & Custom)
All services are custom-created digital services. No physical product is shipped. As work involves time and expertise, cancellations and refunds are limited as below.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation within 6 hours of payment if no work has commenced.
- Once work has started, cancellation is not possible.
- Work commencement includes preliminary analysis, resource setup, design planning, or any part of the agreed scope.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided once the service has been delivered or partially completed, except if:
- The service was not delivered at all despite payment; or
- A technical error on the provider’s side makes delivery impossible.
Delays or non-cooperation from the client (e.g., missing inputs, late approvals) do not qualify for refunds.
5. Revision Option
Each service includes one minor revision within 3 days of delivery. Additional changes or scope additions may incur extra charges.
6. Mode & Timeline of Refunds
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your the original payment method within 7 working days.
- Refund processing is subject to payment processor timelines and policies.
- Any transfer/processor fees are non‑refundable and borne by the client, consistent with our Payment Terms.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear instructions, timely inputs, and approvals.
- Use official communication channels (email/WhatsApp) for binding requests.
- Acknowledge that outcomes depend on the accuracy/clarity of inputs provided.
8. Legal, Tax & Compliance
- S.R Digital Online Services operates as an Indian sole proprietorship (MSME).
- This policy is compliant with applicable Indian digital business and tax norms.
- For force‑majeure or unforeseen events, our MSA terms apply.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, consistent with our Master Service Agreement.
